(1) The inspection officer shall investigate the case related to the offense punishable under this Act and the case shall be filed before the relevant district court within thirty five days after the completion of such investigation.
(2) When investigating and filing a case according to sub-section (1), the inspection officer may take the opinion of the public prosecutor and the defense of such case shall be from the public prosecutor.
