(1) The investigation of the case related to the offense punishable under this Act shall be done by the pesticide inspector and after the completion of such investigation, the case shall be filed before the officer who hears the case.
(2) While investigating and filing the case according to sub-section (1), the pesticide inspector may take the opinion of the public prosecutor.
