Rule 82
Provisions related to the defense of the case
: According to paragraph-18 of the Act, if a case or dispute arises in any court or quasi-judicial body regarding the decision or work action taken by the management committee in relation to the troubled organization or association, the defense shall be done by the public prosecutor appointed by the attorney general's office.
