Rule 34B
Changing the path group of the case
(1) A case in a simple route group can be changed to a general route group or a special route group and a case in a general route group can be changed to a special route group.
(2) The grounds for changing the route group according to sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in the guidelines or directives made by the Supreme Court.
