Rule 8A
Provisions related to running schools without taking profit
(1) In accordance with sub-section (7D) of section 3 of the Act, the procedure for making an application to operate a school under a public educational group without taking profit and the permission, approval and addition of classes of such school shall be as mentioned in rules 3, 5, 7 and 13. br> (2) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, the infrastructure to be completed to run the school according to sub-rule (1) Schedule-11B.
