(1) There will be a fund under the council to carry out the necessary work related to reconciliation work and proceedings effectively.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from foreign governments, domestic or foreign individuals, associations or organizations,
(c) the amount received by the Council on approval of the institution for carrying out conciliation work,
(d) Amount received from other sources.
(3) According to clause (b) of sub-section (2), before receiving any amount from a foreign government, individual, association or organization, the council must obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(4) The amount received in accordance with sub-section (2) shall be deposited in the name of the council by opening an account in a commercial bank.
(5) The operation of the account opened according to sub-section (4) shall be done by the head of the secretariat of the council and other employees designated by the said council.
