(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if the relevant parties make a joint application for conciliation in relation to any complaint pending before the Commission, the Commission may conciliate the matter in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) After conciliation in accordance with sub-section (1) in relation to any complaint, no complaint shall be filed again in any other matter except for the matter of non-implementation of the settlement agreement. (3) Other arrangements related to reconciliation shall be as prescribed.
