Rule 100
Procedure to be adopted if conciliation is not possible

(1) If the parties of the case do not agree to settle during the discussion for conciliation, the conciliator shall submit a report to the relevant court stating that the conciliation has not been achieved within seven days from the date of non-approval. If such a report is received, the case should be dealt with and disposed of according to the law.
(2) If the report as per sub-rule (1) is not submitted within seven days after the payment of the period specified by the court for reconciliation, the court will continue the proceedings of the case in accordance with the law.
(3) It shall be the duty of the parties to the case to appear before the court within seven days from the date of completion of the conciliation process excluding the period of leave.
