(1) If the parties do not agree to the conciliation process as per rule 23, if the parties do not appear before the conciliator on the date set by the body looking into the case, or if the conciliation process cannot proceed due to the absence of the parties on the date specified by the conciliator, the conciliator shall submit the report case as per Schedule-10 within seven days from that date. It should be submitted to the monitoring body.
(2) After receiving the report under sub-rule (1) or sub-section
of section 18 of the Act On the basis of (3), the body that looks into the case shall take action and dispose of such case according to the law.
