Rule 94
A Conciliator's Choice

(1) A person or organization chosen by both parties to the dispute shall be appointed as a conciliator. But if no agreement can be reached between the parties and the parties request that the court appoint a conciliator, the court may appoint a conciliator.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the registrar will do the selection of the conciliator subject to the law relating to conciliation and this regulation.
(3) If the party to the case requests to appoint a person or an organization whose name is not included in the list of conciliators as a conciliator, such person or organization shall be designated as a conciliator only after completing the process of including the name of such person or organization in the list of conciliators.
