(1) The name of the conciliator shall be removed from the list of conciliators in the following cases:-
(a) If the conciliator applies to have his name removed from the list,
(b) if he has been convicted of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude,
(c) If the certificate of a conciliator is canceled in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Act,
(d) If the conciliator fails to renew the conciliator's certificate within the prescribed period,
(e) In case of the dissolution of the organization that works on reconciliation in accordance with the prevailing law,
(f) In case of cancellation of the approval of the institution for carrying out conciliation work in accordance with rule 50,
(g) In case of his death.
(2) After the name of the conciliator has been removed from the list according to sub-rule (1), the body looking into the case, the local body or the organization working on reconciliation shall post the details on the notice board of their office for the information of all concerned.
