(1) For the purpose of preparing a list of conciliators, the case review body, local body or organization that works on conciliation may request applications from time to time from persons who wish to be listed as conciliators.
(2) In order to request an application in accordance with sub-rule (1), the body looking into the case, the local body or the organization working on reconciliation shall publish a notice in the format as per Schedule-1 on the notice board of their office within a period of thirty days to make the application.
(3) Bye-laws by the adjudicating body, local body or institution dealing with conciliation (2) He may publish the notice in his nearest public relations office, any place and in any newspaper of national or local level.
