Rule 91
Update list of conciliators
(1) The court shall update the list of conciliators every year.
(2) While updating the list of conciliators in accordance with sub-rule (1), the name of the conciliator shall be removed from the list in the following cases:-
(a) In case of death,
(b) on application to remove his name from the list,
(c) In case of order of removal from the list under sub-rule (4) of rule 97,
(d) In criminal offenses involving moral turpitude—“If punished,
(e) In case of liquidation or dissolution of the listed organization.
(3) If the court removes the name from the list of conciliators in accordance with sub-rule (2), it will publish a notice regarding the same.
