Rule 50
Updating list of conciliators
(1) The court shall update the list of conciliators every year.
(2) While updating the list of conciliators in accordance with sub-rule (1), the name of the conciliator shall be removed from the list in the following cases:-
(a) In case of death,
(b) if he applies to have his name removed from the list, (c) if the conciliator's name is ordered to be removed from the list, (d) if he is convicted of a criminal offense of moral turpitude; (e) In case of liquidation or dissolution of the listed entity,
(3) If the court removes the name from the list of conciliators in accordance with sub-rule (2), it will publish a notice regarding the same.
