Any information given by the parties in connection with the process of conciliation or any behavior or fact that came to the knowledge of the conciliator during the conciliation should not be disclosed in such a way as to be detrimental to the interests of any of the parties. However, this section shall not be deemed to impose any prohibition on disclosure of knowledge of any criminal offense before the competent court in accordance with law.
