Rule 96
Procedure for sending to conciliator

(1) If there is an order to send a case to the conciliator for conciliation, the parties to the case must be sent in writing to the conciliator, along with the following matters:-
(a) A copy of the summary of the case or of the main documents,
(b) Name, surname, country of origin and telephone number, e-mail address and fax number, if available, of the parties or parties to the case, (c) Place of conciliation proceedings. (2) If the conciliator requests a copy of any particular document relating to the case, the court shall provide a copy of such document.
(3) When sent for conciliation as per sub-rule (1), the scope of the case shall be maintained as per the date set by the parties in the total misil filed in the court, considering the time period provided for that action. But if the conciliator sends the parties back to the court before the date set by the court, the parties will have to appear in the court within seven days apart from the deadline.
