Disputes may be settled by conciliation

(1) If there is a provision in an agreement to settle the dispute through conciliation, such agreement or the dispute arising under it shall be settled by completing the procedures mentioned in the agreement.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), if the parties wish to settle the dispute through conciliation, whether or not the case has been filed before the hearing body, it can be settled by adopting the procedure according to this Act.
(3) If the parties want to settle the case filed in the case hearing body through conciliation according to sub-section (2), they may submit an application to the relevant case hearing body at any time by mentioning the same procedure and if such a request is received, the case hearing body shall resolve the case through conciliation regardless of the level of the case. (4) If the hearing body feels that any case filed before the hearing body is suitable for resolution through conciliation, the hearing body may order the resolution of the dispute through conciliation.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-sections (3) and (4), in addition to matters that cannot be resolved through conciliation procedures, matters that cannot be resolved through such procedures should also be resolved in the same dispute. .
