Rule 10
Expiration
(1) When issuing a deadline in accordance with this regulation, it shall be done in accordance with Section 7 of the Brief Procedures Act, 2028.
(2) The time limit as per sub-rule (1) may be enforced by the tribunal itself or through the relevant district court.
