(1) The records of the term issued by the tribunal shall be verified by the registrar so as to appear separately on the back of each tameldar.
(2) The courier must submit the report within two days from the date of receipt of the consignment note sent for delivery, excluding the delivery date.
(3) If no reasonable cause can be shown for not meeting the deadline within the period as per sub-rule (2), then departmental action may be taken against such payer in accordance with the prevailing law.
