(1) If there is an order to withdraw the opponent according to Rule 8, the court can suspend the deadline for a maximum of fifteen days if the opponent submits a statement showing that the deadline has passed due to extraneous circumstances and if the behavior is reasonable.
(2) If any question which has been set on a date in accordance with Rule 9 expires, and if it appears that the date has expired due to reasonable reasons, the court may suspend the date for a maximum of fifteen days at a time.
