Rule 144
The procedures and provisions of this paragraph shall not apply
(1) The procedure or provision of this paragraph shall not apply to punish the following teachers:-
(a) The procedures of this paragraph shall not be followed when taking action against the teachers who are temporarily appointed to posts approved by the government of Nepal in community schools.
(b) The provisions of this paragraph shall not be applicable in relation to teachers appointed in institutional schools and teachers appointed in public schools to be borne by the respective schools from their own resources.
(2) In accordance with clause (b) of sub-rule (1), the management committee shall make the necessary procedures to organize the service, conditions and departmental actions of community school teachers and shall be approved by the District Education Committee and implemented.
