Rule 129
No provision of this paragraph
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to teachers of institutional schools and teachers appointed by community schools to pay from their own resources. Such teachers will get the facility according to this paragraph from the school as determined by the related management committee.
