Section 95
The license to operate transport service shall be automatically canceled
: (1) If the license to operate transport service is not renewed within the prescribed period according to sub-section (4) of section 94, such license shall be automatically cancelled.
(2) The fee of the canceled license as per sub-section (1) shall be deducted.
(3) Permits that have been deducted in accordance with sub-section (2) shall not be renewed.
