Section 33
Transfer of Yatri Gunta
(1) If the passenger submits the registration receipt and has yet to pay the amount, the station head will hand over the passenger ticket to such passenger only after the payment of the amount.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), if a passenger fails to produce a registration receipt, if the station master is satisfied that a passenger ticket belongs to him, such passenger ticket may be handed over to him.
