Rule 15
Contribution amount
: (1) The contribution amount to be charged while joining the program will be as per schedule-1.
(2) In the case of an establishment, the proportion of the contribution amount borne by that establishment shall not be less than the contribution amount prescribed for national service employees.
(3) In case of regular renewal next year without spending any amount specified for the facility available under the insured's program, the insured will get a ten percent discount on the contribution amount.
(4) _The amount paid by the insured to participate in the program will not be refunded for any reason and the amount will not be considered to be accumulated for the next year due to non-utilization of the service.
(5) If the number of members of the insured family decreases due to death, migration, marriage or any other reason, the paid contribution amount will not be refunded and no facility will be given to add another member instead.
