(1) According to the strategic plan of the Judiciary, there will be the following plan formulation and implementation committee to formulate and implement the annual action plan in the court:-
(a) Judge of the High Court appointed by the Chief Justice or Acting Chief Justice - President (b) Registrar Member (c) Officer appointed by the Registrar - Member - Secretary
(2) Sub-rule (1) In the meeting of the committee of Wamozim, judges, relevant High Public Prosecutor's Office, bar unit and representatives of other relevant bodies may be invited as necessary.
(3) The work, duties and rights of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as follows (a) formulate and implement an annual implementation plan for the Court subject to the strategic plan of the Judiciary,
(b) To periodically review the annual implementation plan,
(c) To perform other functions necessary for the implementation of the strategic plan. -"166B. Library Committee: (1) There shall be a library committee as follows for the proper management and operation of the library in the court:
(a) Judge of the High Court appointed by the Chief Justice or the Judge acting as Chief-Chairman (b) Registrar-Member (c) Officer appointed by the Registrar-Member-Secretary (2) Sub-rule (1) Judge, concerned High Government as required at the meeting of the Committee of Wamojim Representatives of lawyers' offices, bar units and other related bodies can be invited. (3) The work, duties and powers of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows (a) To formulate and operate the library under the authority of the library policy of the Supreme Court, (b) To arrange the necessary books, magazines and software in the court, (c) ) To do the necessary work in connection with the establishment and development of the electronic library, (d) To do other work necessary for the strengthening of the library in the court. -1166 c. Information Technology Committee: (1) For the proper management and operation of information technology in the court, there will be a Library Committee as follows:- (a) Chief Justice or the Chief Justice appointed by the Chief Justice.o High Court Judge - President (b) Registrar - Member (c) Information Technology Officer - Member - Secretary (2) Sub-rule (1) To invite judges, related High Public Prosecutor's Office, war unit and representatives of other related bodies as needed in the meeting of the Committee of Wamojim. will end (3) The work, duties and powers of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:- (a) To formulate and monitor the formulation and monitoring of information technology related plans for the court under the policy rules and guidelines of the Supreme Court Information Technology Committee,
(B) Bringing the software in operation in the court into operation and developing the capacity of human resources,
(c) To do other work necessary for the development of information technology in the court.
