If a river guide or a worker, upon examination of the application given to the Ministry to receive payment due to the fact that he owes the remuneration of his work to the licensed tour operator, the Ministry will deduct from the amount of the bank guarantee deposited by such tour operator in the name of the Ministry to the concerned applicant. The amount can be paid.
(2) The amount paid as per sub-rule (1) shall be re-filed as a bank guarantee within thirty-five days by the concerned cruise operator.
(3) If the amount kept as bank guarantee by the related cruise business is not sufficient to pay the amount as per sub-rule (1), the Ministry may give necessary instructions to the related cruise business to deposit such amount and if such instructions are given, it will be the duty of the related cruise business to deposit the amount accordingly.
(4) The Ministry may cancel the license of the cruise operator who does not deposit bank guarantee or money as per sub-rule (2) or (3).
