(1) The Government of Nepal shall appoint at least a gazetted second grade officer of Nepal Justice Service to act as Registrar to perform the work related to the administration of the Tribunal under the general direction and control of the Tribunal.
(2) All employees of the Tribunal shall be under the administrative supervision and control of the Registrar.
