Rule 28
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Registrar In addition to the duties, duties and powers written in the
Act and this regulation, the other duties, duties and powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:-
(a) To carry out the general administration and management of the Council,
(b) to supervise and control the funds of the Council and arrange for the proper management and maintenance of the property, (c) Formulate the annual program and plan of the council and submit it to the council (d) To prepare a statement of annual income expenditure and supplementary income expenditure of the Council,
(e) To implement the plans and programs of the council under the budget approved by the council (f) to arrange for internal audit and final audit of the Council,
(g) To act as liaison officer between the Council and health professionals,
(h) To perform other tasks as directed by the Council.
