Rule 26
Duties, Duties and Powers of Registrar

(1) In addition to the duties, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the duties, duties and powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:-
(a) To register the indictment, complaint, petition etc. documents to be registered in the tribunal, if they are in the proper manner, or if they cannot be registered, to state the reasons,
(b) To verify the duplicate documents presented in the case if they appear to be correct and if there is any defect in the defect, then keep the relevant party's signature. (c) To register the pleadings submitted by the parties for the appointment of legal practitioners,
(d) issuing and serving notices or deadlines on parties,
(e) assigning a date to the party giving reasons for the voluntary waiver,
(f) Ordering to file the amount due in accordance with the prevailing law in the petition which has been registered in the tribunal,
(g) Maintain the register of cases and keep up-to-date details of the proceedings in such a way that the date given for the proceedings of each case is disclosed.
(h) Order to keep the documents related to the case safe (i) preparing or causing to be prepared an annual report,
(j) Auditing the work to be done according to the order of the tribunal,
(k) To keep, maintain or arrange missile documents safely in accordance with prevailing laws,
(l) To wash or cause to be washed the document which should be washed according to the prevailing law,
(D) To take possession of estates according to prevailing law and to settle the case,
(d) To execute or cause to be executed according to the order of the tribunal (n) Taking bond or surety according to the order of the tribunal,
(p) Allocate the work of the employees based on the workload (h) In the absence of the member, in order to investigate according to the law, to give an extension of time to keep the accused in police custody,
(d) in the absence of a member, to make a statement, to order the accused to be detained for trial or to be released on bail or remand,
(N) To take other necessary administrative actions.
(2) clause (th) of sub-rule (1) andThe order made by the registrar according to (d) shall be submitted for reconsideration after the member is present at the tribunal, and shall be done according to the order of the member.
(3) The registrar may delegate the authority vested in the registrar according to this regulation to the staff below him as per the need with the prior approval of the president. However, the rights under clauses (n), (th) and (d) of sub-rule (1) cannot be delegated.
