(1) If the Government of Nepal appoints an employee in the service of the Government of Nepal to act as the Registrar of the Council in accordance with Section 13 of the Act, the Council shall give such Registrar a monthly allowance of ten thousand rupees.
(2) According to Section 13 of the Act, if the Nepal Government appoints a person who is not in the service of the Government of Nepal to the position of Registrar, such Registrar shall be given the salary and allowances provided by the Council as per the Health Service Act, 2053, at least as per the ninth level of employees.
