(1) Registration of a private firm with the following capital will be subject to the following registration fee:-
(a) One thousand rupees up to ten lakh rupees,
(b) more than ten lakh rupees up to fifty lakh rupees five thousand rupees,
(c) more than fifty lakh rupees up to one crore rupees ten thousand rupees,
(d) more than one crore rupees up to ten crore rupees fifty thousand rupees,
(e) seventy five thousand rupees in case of any capital exceeding ten million rupees.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if women, Dalit community and underprivileged people want to register a private firm, there will be a fifty percent discount on the fee charged as per sub-rule (1) while registering such a firm.
