The receipt of the goods received by the shipping office or the government office or local level receiving the shipping should be given to the person delivering the shipping. The property of the land in the possession of the former land owner will be collected from the land owner. However, the remaining property of such land will be deducted from the compensation received by the land owner without auctioning the land.
