Rule 23A
Resignation Accepting Officer
The resignation of a member of the management committee shall be accepted by the chairman of that committee and the resignation of the chairman of the management committee shall be accepted by the relevant management committee. However, in case the post of chairman is vacant, the resignation of such a member will be accepted by the oldest member in terms of age among the members as per clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Act.
