Section 29

Amendment

to Raptidun Development Area Land (Sale and Distribution) Arrangement Act, 2024

Subsection (1) of Section 5 of Raptidun Development Area Land (Sale and Distribution) Arrangement Act, 2024 is replaced by the following sub-section (1): - "(1) The Commission may take action by adopting the working system under the Special Courts Act, 2059.
