33. Time period for submitting opinion consultation work

(1) When deciding on a matter related to other offices in addition to their own office, if there is a matter not clearly mentioned in the law and policy rules, or if it is a policy matter, the concerned office shall request an opinion within seven days. It should be done and the work should be completed within seven days from the date of receiving the requested opinion.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the office that responds to the request for opinion consultation shall also give the opinion consultation within fifteen days at most from the date of receipt of such written notice.
