Rule 12
If there is a difference of opinion, it will be heard by a third judge's bench

(1) If there is no unanimity between the two judges during the hearing of the case and report to be considered by the joint bench, then the case or report with the opinion of the two judges shall be submitted to the third judge for decision. After submitting in this way, the decision of the majority which is upheld according to the opinion of the third judge will be considered as the final decision of the court.
(2) If the majority cannot be maintained even when submitted to the third judge according to sub-rule (1), the parties on the date shall be sent to the Supreme Court for the decision of the case with the opinion of all the judges on the date.
