(1) The meeting of the National Council shall normally be held once a year. In the absence of both the president and the vice president of the National Council, a member chosen by the members of the National Council will preside over the meeting of the National Council.

(3) Other procedures related to the meeting of the National Council shall be as determined by the National Council itself.

(4) The chairman, vice-chairman, member and member-secretary of the National Council may receive meeting allowance as prescribed for participating in the meeting.
