(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, if the project investment has been approved by the Board in accordance with this Act and a permit has been obtained in accordance with section 10, such permit shall be deemed to have been issued in accordance with the prevailing law.

(2) No legal, administrative or policy provision shall be made that is adverse to the conditions of the permit issued in accordance with sub-section (1) during the period of validity of the permit and any legal, administrative or policy provision made to be adverse thereto shall not be valid.
