Section 42
Institutional arrangements related to sick industries
(1) In accordance with this paragraph, the Government of Nepal may form a committee consisting of experts in the relevant field to make suggestions for the identification, classification, revival, reconstruction and management of sick industries.
(2) The composition, functions, duties and powers of the committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
