Section 73
Train driver or co-driver who can be hired on contract
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, if the post of train driver or co-driver cannot be filled by a Nepali citizen, the board may employ qualified foreign nationals on contract for a period as determined by the Ministry.
