Publication of attachment Publication of attachment
(1) After preparation of attachment in accordance with this regulation, such attachment shall be considered as the decision of the chief. The report prepared by the chief will be published in the concerned village development committee or municipality office for everyone's information. After the publication of such information, the concerned land owner shall be deemed to have known.
(2) One copy of the list published in accordance with sub-rule (1) will also be sent to the concerned ministry, taluk department and Kumari Chowk.
(3) The person who is not satisfied with the matter related to the category of sale or the rate determined in accordance with Section 4 of the Act, or the area or types, after the decision has been made by the boss and published the report in accordance with sub-rule (1), may appeal within 35 days from the date on which the decision is deemed to have been made. Or appeal or complain where you can complain. If there is no appeal or complaint within this period, the official will be able to maintain the published price subject to the Act and these regulations.
(4) If there is an appeal or complaint according to sub-rule (3), the person who hears such appeal or complaint shall decide that no action shall be taken on the appeal or complaint and if a decision is taken to take action on the appeal or complaint, within 3 days of the decision, a notice containing a brief description of the appeal or complaint shall be given at the end of the notice. The goods should be given to the depot. But nothing in this bye-law shall be deemed to be a hindrance in sending a copy before the due date in case of complaint.
