Health institutions may charge costs and service fees from the person receiving the organ during organ transplantation according to this Act. However,
(a) The rate of such service fee should be approved by the committee.
(b) The rates of such service charges should be published as directed by the committee.
(c) The rate of such service charge should be reasonable and reasonable.
