: The laws of Nepal will be applicable in relation to this agreement. 70 Basic provisions: (1) The Government of Nepal will decide that the rights and obligations of the contractor under this contract will not be unilaterally changed throughout the duration of this contract.
(2) Even after the termination of this Agreement, any person (even after the termination of this Agreement) unless the Contractor has given prior written approval of any provision, amendment or audit of this Agreement with the Department and the person receiving such provision, amendment or audit agrees to keep them confidential in a form and manner acceptable to the Department. (including companies affiliated with the contractor) should not be disclosed.
