Rule 99
Document preparation and settlement
(1) During the discussion for conciliation, if the parties to the case reconcile and agree to make a settlement, the conciliator shall prepare or cause to be submitted to the court the application for the settlement and the settlement paper of the same transaction as soon as possible. According to the petition, the court should make a settlement in accordance with the law. Court fees as per Section 82 of the Civil Procedure (Code) Act, 2074 will not be charged for such settlement.
(2) For the purpose of preparing an application for conciliation, if requested by the parties, the court may order a contract for the application to be written by a legal practitioner.
