Rule 15
Publication of written examination results
: (1) When publishing the results of the written examination in accordance with this regulation, the commission shall publish the results by mentioning the roll number, name and surname of the candidate and adding the following number in alphabetical order:- Number of posts to be filled Number of posts to be filled
(a) If from 1 to 5 (b) If from 6 to 10 3
(c) If from 11 to 15 (d) If from 16 to 20 5
(e) If from 21 to 25 6
(f) If from 26 to 30 7
(g) If from 31 to 35 8
(h) If from 36 to 40 (j) 41 and above 20 per cent (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the names of five additional candidates shall be included if the number of posts to be filled is from one to five when selecting for the practical examination from the written examination in the post for which the practical examination will take place. If the number of posts to be filled is six or more, the results should be published by including the names of the candidates in double the number of posts.
(3) When publishing the results of the written examination according to the advertisement of different levels, as many candidates whose names are included in the results of the post to be published, the same number of additional candidates' names shall be published.
(4) When publishing the results according to sub-rule (1), (2) or (3), if there is more than one candidate with the same final marks, the names of all such candidates shall be included in the written examination results.
(5) When determining the number for the result according to sub-rule (1), (2) or (3), only if there is zero decimal five or more, the whole number shall be considered as one.
(6) When publishing the results of the written examination, the date, time and place of the interview and other related examinations should also be disclosed.
(7) If any difficulty is encountered while publishing the results according to this rule, the Commission may make necessary arrangements.
