(1) When the Attorney General goes out of Nepal for work related to his position or to participate in any function, festival, international conference, seminar, etc. on behalf of the Government of Nepal, once in three years, the amount mentioned in Schedule-1 will be given for clothing allowance.
(2) If the Attorney General is allowed to take his wife or husband with him when he goes out of Nepal according to sub-section (1), he will get half of his one month's salary as clothing allowance for the wife or husband once in three years.
