Officials using fictitious or real names may harm the sovereignty and integrity of Nepal, disturb the country's peace and security, foreign relations and public dignity, disobey the court's decision and contradict the existing law and the policy of the Government of Nepal or Articles, statements or speeches should not be published or broadcast through any media in such a way as to disrupt the relationship between the Government of Nepal and the people. However, writing and publishing articles of an academic or research nature on matters related to business is not considered to be a hindrance.
