No person shall hunt, chase or lure any wild animal or bird within the Park or kill, catch or injure any wild animal, bird or insect, or any bird, without obtaining the written permission of the Conservator, except as permitted under the Act. or remove, damage or disturb the flowers, nests or shells of insects or collect any insects, fish or natural produce.
