Section 11
There should be no risk to the existence of wild animals or plants
: (1) Notwithstanding anything written in Sections 6, 8 and 10, when the permit is granted, the existence of such wild animals or plants will not disappear or there will be no further danger or risk to it and the purpose for which the permit is granted It should be provided in such a way as to ensure that it is used only for that purpose.
